All Fan/Client/Recipients “FCR” monthly subscription payments are non-refundable with the exception of theft or fraud. If Blonde issues a FCR refund prior to the Creator/Business “CB” receiving payout for the Transaction to which the Refund relates, then such Transaction will be deemed cancelled. Except as provided in the Terms of Service or when required by law, all Fees paid to payment processors are non-refundable to the CB. To the extent there is a Refund granted for a FCR, Blonde will deduct such refunds from CB current of future proceeds or reversing any pending transactions.
