Content Guidelines.
Effective date: September 21, 2026
Blonde is designed for creators and communities that are expressive, engaging, and safe for work. These Content Guidelines apply to profiles, posts, photos, videos, livestreams, audio, messages, chats, calls, digital products, links, usernames, and other activity made available through Blonde.
These Guidelines supplement the Blonde Terms of Service. Examples are illustrative, not exhaustive. Content that is technically legal may still be removed if it creates a serious risk to users, the platform, or the community.
The current Blonde website is a demonstration and does not presently submit or store information entered into its interactive forms. These Guidelines describe the rules intended for the future operational platform.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Blonde.
Never post, request, create, sell, or distribute content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or abuses a minor. This includes real, fictional, illustrated, generated, or altered material. Do not impersonate a minor or encourage a minor to use the platform.
Blonde has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or grooming behavior. Suspected exploitation may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities and safety organizations.
2. Safe-for-work content only
Blonde does not permit pornography, nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexual services.
Prohibited material includes:
- Exposed genitals, anuses, or fully exposed female-presenting nipples
- Explicit sexual activity or simulated explicit sexual activity
- Fetish content presented for sexual gratification
- Sexual solicitation, escorting, or offers of sexual services
- Requests for or sales of explicit custom content
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery or threats to distribute it
- Links or directions primarily intended to funnel users to explicit adult-content platforms
Context matters for limited nonsexual material involving health, breastfeeding, art, or education. Blonde may restrict or remove such material when its presentation is explicit, exploitative, or inconsistent with a safe-for-work platform.
3. Consent and personal boundaries
Do not post identifiable images, recordings, private messages, or personal information about another person without the rights and consent needed to do so.
All people appearing in creator content must be adults and must have consented to the recording and intended distribution. Creators may be required to retain and provide proof of age, identity, and consent.
Do not pressure anyone to share intimate information, continue a conversation, purchase content, participate in a call, or meet offline.
4. Violence and dangerous activity
Do not post or promote:
- Credible threats or encouragement of violence
- Graphic depictions of death, severe injury, or torture
- Instructions intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing
- Praise, recruitment, or material support for terrorist or violent extremist organizations
- Animal cruelty
- Dangerous challenges likely to cause serious harm
Documentary, newsworthy, educational, or awareness content may be allowed when it does not celebrate violence and includes appropriate context.
5. Hate and discrimination
Do not attack, dehumanize, exclude, threaten, or promote hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious disease, age, or another protected characteristic.
Hateful slurs, symbols, or claims may be permitted only in clearly educational, documentary, counterspeech, or artistic contexts that do not promote hatred.
6. Harassment and abuse
Do not bully, stalk, threaten, shame, sexually harass, or coordinate abuse against another person. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Repeated unwanted contact
- Encouraging others to target someone
- Threatening to expose private information or content
- Mocking victims of violence or tragedy
- Sending graphic or sexual content without consent
- Using degrading attacks intended to intimidate or silence someone
Criticism of ideas, public work, and public figures may be allowed, but it must not cross into threats, targeted abuse, or privacy violations.
7. Privacy and personal information
Do not disclose or threaten to disclose sensitive personal information without authorization, including a home address, private phone number, personal email, government identifier, financial information, login credentials, medical information, or real-time location.
Do not share private communications when doing so would violate law, rights, or a reasonable expectation of privacy.
8. Illegal activity and regulated goods
Do not use Blonde to organize, facilitate, sell, or promote unlawful activity, goods, or services. This includes fraud, theft, trafficking, hacking, money laundering, illicit drugs, forged documents, or instructions designed to enable crime.
Additional rules apply to regulated topics:
- Alcohol: Lawful, age-appropriate content may be allowed, but do not sell alcohol through Blonde or promote dangerous consumption.
- Cannabis: Do not sell cannabis or facilitate transactions. Educational or lawful branded content may be reviewed case by case.
- Gambling: Do not operate or promote unlicensed gambling, accept wagers, or make guaranteed-win claims.
- Weapons: Do not sell weapons through Blonde or provide instructions intended to facilitate harm.
- Financial promotions: Educational discussion may be allowed. Do not run unlicensed financial schemes, promise guaranteed returns, manipulate markets, or misrepresent professional credentials.
9. Fraud, scams, and deceptive conduct
Do not deceive users for money, information, attention, or access. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Phishing, advance-fee schemes, pyramid schemes, and impersonation scams
- Misrepresenting an offering, price, identity, audience, qualification, or affiliation
- Selling content or experiences you do not intend or are unable to deliver
- Manipulating reviews, followers, engagement, or transaction activity
- Requesting payment outside approved systems to evade fees, safeguards, or review
- Making false health, earnings, investment, or performance guarantees
Sponsored content and material relationships should be disclosed clearly when required by law.
10. Impersonation and authenticity
Do not impersonate another person, creator, organization, or brand in a deceptive manner. Fan, commentary, parody, or role-playing accounts must be clearly labeled when confusion is reasonably likely.
Do not submit false identity or verification documents. Synthetic or altered media must not be used to deceive people about a material fact, fabricate consent, or falsely depict a real person in compromising circumstances.
11. Intellectual property
Post only content you created or have permission to use. Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.
Do not copy, record, leak, resell, or redistribute another creator’s paid or private content without authorization. Access to content is not a transfer of ownership.
Copyright complaints may be sent to support@blonde.social in accordance with the process described in the Terms of Service.
12. Spam and platform manipulation
Do not:
- Send repetitive or unsolicited promotions
- Post malicious, misleading, or irrelevant links
- Create accounts in bulk or evade enforcement through replacement accounts
- Use bots or scripts to inflate views, followers, reactions, or purchases
- Scrape user information or content without authorization
- Buy, sell, rent, or transfer accounts
- Interfere with recommendations, rankings, security systems, or payment systems
13. Self-harm and eating disorders
Do not encourage, instruct, celebrate, or coordinate suicide, self-injury, or eating-disorder behavior. Content that supports recovery, shares a personal experience responsibly, or directs people to qualified help may be allowed.
If Blonde believes someone faces an immediate risk of harm, it may contact emergency services or others able to assist where appropriate and legally permitted.
14. Health and professional claims
Do not provide dangerous medical instructions, falsely claim professional qualifications, discourage necessary emergency treatment, or market a product as a guaranteed cure.
Creators discussing health, legal, financial, or other professional topics should accurately state their qualifications and make clear when content is general information rather than individualized professional advice.
15. Calls, chats, and personalized services
Paid calls, messages, chats, and personalized videos must be described accurately and delivered within the disclosed timeframe. Creators must not promise outcomes they cannot control.
Users may not record or redistribute private calls or communications without all permissions required by applicable law. A creator may use an authorized account manager only if doing so complies with Blonde’s rules and does not mislead users about who is communicating with them.
16. Reporting violations
Report content or conduct through the available reporting tools or by emailing support@blonde.social. Include the relevant username, URL or content location, a description of the concern, and supporting material when available.
Do not knowingly submit false or abusive reports. Blonde may keep the reporter’s identity confidential when appropriate, but cannot guarantee anonymity where disclosure is legally required or necessary for a fair investigation.
If there is an immediate threat, contact local emergency services.
17. Enforcement
Depending on the circumstances, Blonde may:
- Warn or educate a user
- Remove or restrict content
- Limit discoverability, messaging, monetization, or other features
- Cancel a transaction or provide a refund
- Delay or withhold a payout where legally permitted
- Revoke creator access
- Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account
- Preserve information relevant to an investigation
- Report suspected unlawful conduct to payment providers, regulators, safety organizations, or law enforcement
Blonde may consider context, intent, severity, harm, history, and legal obligations. Severe violations may result in immediate removal without warning.
18. Appeals
When practical, a user may request review of an enforcement decision by contacting support@blonde.social and explaining why the decision should be reconsidered. Blonde may decline repetitive, abusive, fraudulent, or untimely appeals.
19. Updates
Blonde may update these Guidelines as the Services and community evolve. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
