Privacy Policy.
Effective date: September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Blonde Social, LLC (“Blonde,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with blonde.social and any related applications, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Current demonstration website
The current Blonde website is an interactive demonstration of a planned platform. Unless Blonde expressly announces otherwise:
- Information typed into demonstration forms is not submitted to Blonde or stored by Blonde.
- Demonstration login, application, contact, messaging, and payment interfaces do not create accounts, transmit messages, process payments, or complete transactions.
- Blonde does not currently use information entered into those interfaces for marketing, profiling, or advertising.
Like most websites, the hosting and network infrastructure used to deliver the site may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security logs. This processing may occur even when form entries are not transmitted.
The remaining sections describe the practices Blonde expects to use when operational platform features launch. This policy will be updated before those features begin collecting personal information.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. Blonde does not knowingly offer accounts to or collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to Blonde, contact support@blonde.social.
3. Information we may collect
When operational features launch, Blonde may collect the following categories of information.

- Purchase and subscription information: items purchased, creators followed, subscription status, tips, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction history.

5. How we may disclose information
Blonde may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.
Service providers
We may provide information to vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, content delivery, payment processing, creator payouts, identity verification, fraud prevention, security, email delivery, customer support, analytics, and professional services. They may use information only for authorized purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Creators and users
Information you make public, such as a username, profile, public posts, and public interactions, may be visible to anyone. When you purchase from or communicate with a creator, the creator may receive information needed to provide the offering, communicate with you, and manage the transaction. Blonde will not provide full payment-card details to creators.
Payment and compliance partners
Information may be provided to processors, banks, payout providers, identity-verification services, and fraud-prevention partners to process transactions, issue payouts, verify users, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Legal, safety, and enforcement disclosures
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect users or the public; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce our agreements; or protect Blonde’s rights and property.
Business transfers
Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of Blonde’s business or assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
With your direction or consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or provide consent.
6. Advertising and sale or sharing of information
The current demonstration website does not use information entered into its forms for targeted advertising and does not sell or share those entries.
Blonde does not intend to sell personal information for money. If Blonde later uses advertising technology that constitutes “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, this policy will be updated and eligible users will be provided the required notice and opt-out controls, including recognition of legally required preference signals where applicable.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The operational Services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software-development kits, and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security, performance measurement, and analytics. Where required, Blonde will provide consent or preference controls before using nonessential technologies.
Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect functionality. The current demonstration site should not claim to honor a particular browser privacy signal unless that behavior has been implemented and verified.
8. Data retention
Blonde will retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and complying with law.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and legal or operational need. Information may remain for a limited period in backups after deletion. Blonde may retain deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.
Demonstration form entries are not retained by Blonde because they are not submitted to Blonde.
9. Data security
Blonde will use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and Blonde cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to support@blonde.social.

11. California privacy disclosures
