Terms of Service.
Effective date: September 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, applications, and services offered by Blonde Social, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Blonde,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including blonde.social and any related services we make available (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Current website status
The current version of the Blonde website is an interactive demonstration of a planned platform. Unless Blonde expressly announces otherwise, demonstration forms and interfaces do not create accounts, process payments, submit applications, transmit messages, or store information entered into them. Features described in these Terms may not yet be available.
When Blonde launches operational platform features, those features may be subject to these Terms and to additional terms presented at the time of use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
- Information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
- You have not previously been removed from the Services for violating these Terms or another Blonde policy, unless Blonde has authorized your return.
We may request proof of age, identity, authority, or eligibility at any time.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share your account. Notify us promptly at support@blonde.social if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may reject usernames, reclaim inactive or misleading usernames, or require a username to be changed when reasonably necessary to protect users, intellectual property, or the integrity of the Services.
4. Creator access
Creator access is invite-only and subject to Blonde’s approval. Receiving an invitation does not guarantee continued access or any level of earnings.
Creators may be asked to complete identity, age, tax, banking, sanctions, or other compliance checks before using monetization features or receiving payouts. Blonde or its service providers may delay or withhold access to monetization features until required checks are completed.
Creators are independent users of the Services. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint-venture relationship between Blonde and a creator.
5. The platform
Blonde is intended to help creators offer safe-for-work digital content and experiences to fans. Depending on the features available, creators may offer:
- Recurring memberships or subscriptions
- Exclusive photos, videos, audio, posts, or livestreams
- Private or group chats
- Paid direct messages
- One-on-one or group video calls
- Personalized videos
- Digital products, such as guides, presets, or ebooks
- Voluntary tips
The availability of any feature is not guaranteed. Blonde may add, change, limit, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.
Creators are responsible for accurately describing their offerings, setting lawful prices, delivering purchased benefits, and complying with applicable laws. Unless Blonde is expressly identified as the seller, the creator is the seller of the creator’s offering and Blonde provides the technology that facilitates the transaction.
6. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing
Prices and material purchase terms will be displayed before checkout. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
By making a purchase, you authorize Blonde and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the amount disclosed at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.
Recurring subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and billing interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. Before charging for a recurring subscription, Blonde will disclose the recurring nature of the purchase and obtain the user’s consent as required by law.
You may cancel through the cancellation method made available in your account or by contacting support@blonde.social. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, canceling does not produce a prorated refund for the current period.
Blonde may change subscription prices by providing advance notice as required by law. A price change will apply no earlier than the next renewal following the notice period.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Blonde or its payment provider may retry the charge, request another payment method, limit access to paid features, or cancel the purchase or subscription.
7. Fees, creator revenue, and payouts
Unless a creator has a different written agreement with Blonde, the standard revenue allocation is 80 percent to the creator and 20 percent to Blonde.
Payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, currency-conversion costs, fraud losses, and other transaction-specific amounts may be deducted before calculating or issuing a creator payout when disclosed in the creator’s payment terms or required by a payment provider.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information. Payout timing may depend on clearance periods, identity verification, reserves, disputes, chargebacks, or provider requirements. Blonde may delay or withhold payouts reasonably associated with suspected fraud, illegal conduct, policy violations, sanctions compliance, chargebacks, or anticipated refunds. Blonde will not withhold undisputed amounts longer than reasonably necessary.
Creators are responsible for taxes arising from their earnings, except taxes that Blonde is legally required to collect, report, or remit.
8. Refunds and transaction disputes
Because many offerings are digital or become available immediately, purchases are generally final. Blonde may provide a refund, credit, or transaction reversal in circumstances such as:
- A duplicate or incorrect charge
- A material technical failure that prevented access
- A purchased offering that was not delivered as described
- A transaction determined to be unauthorized
- Fraud or a violation of these Terms
- Another exceptional circumstance Blonde determines warrants relief
This section does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Users should contact support@blonde.social before filing a payment dispute so Blonde has an opportunity to investigate.
9. User content and ownership
“User Content” means content a user uploads, posts, transmits, sells, streams, or otherwise makes available through the Services, including creator content, messages, profile information, and comments.
You retain ownership of your User Content. Blonde does not acquire ownership merely because you make it available through the Services.
You grant Blonde a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical purposes, transmit, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Deliver the content to audiences you select.
- Enforce these Terms and other policies.
- Promote the Services or your public creator profile, subject to your settings and applicable law.
This license ends when the User Content is deleted from the Services, except to the extent continued retention or use is reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, safety, fraud prevention, or content previously shared with others who lawfully retain access.
You represent that you own your User Content or have all rights, permissions, releases, and licenses necessary to make it available and grant the license above. You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it complies with the law and the Blonde Content Guidelines.
10. Paid and private content
Purchasing access to content does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights. Unless a creator expressly grants broader rights in writing, a purchaser receives a limited, personal, noncommercial, nontransferable, and revocable right to access the content through the Services for the permitted access period.
Users may not copy, record, download without authorization, republish, sell, leak, distribute, or otherwise exploit paid, private, or restricted content. Blonde may suspend accounts and pursue available legal remedies for unauthorized distribution.
11. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Blonde Content Guidelines. You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any law or another person’s rights
- Post nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexual services
- Exploit, endanger, sexualize, or depict abuse of a minor
- Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, defame, or impersonate another person
- Promote hatred, terrorism, graphic violence, self-harm, or dangerous criminal activity
- Commit fraud, run a scam, manipulate engagement, or make deceptive claims
- Sell unlawful goods or regulated products without authorization
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Send spam or unauthorized advertising
- Introduce malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Services
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data without authorization
- Reverse engineer or circumvent access, payment, or security controls
- Use automated systems to create accounts, access content, or manipulate activity without written permission
- Use the Services for financial activity requiring a license or registration that you do not possess
12. Safety and interactions
Users are responsible for their interactions with others. Blonde does not guarantee a user’s identity, statements, qualifications, conduct, or ability to deliver an offering.
Exercise care before sharing personal information, sending money, or meeting anyone in person. Report suspected abuse, fraud, threats, or unsafe behavior to support@blonde.social. If there is an immediate threat, contact local emergency services.
13. Moderation and enforcement
Blonde may, but is not required to, review content or activity. To protect users and the Services, Blonde may:
- Remove or restrict content
- Limit visibility or access to features
- Reject or revoke creator status
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Delay, withhold, or reverse transactions or payouts where legally permitted
- Preserve information relevant to an investigation
- Report suspected unlawful conduct to payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement
Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, intent, history, risk, and legal requirements. Blonde may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. When practical, users may request review by contacting support@blonde.social.
14. Intellectual property and copyright notices
The Services, excluding User Content, are owned by Blonde or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Blonde grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@blonde.social that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Blonde may remove material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Before operational launch, Blonde should designate and register a DMCA agent if it intends to rely on applicable U.S. safe-harbor protections.
15. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party payment, identity-verification, hosting, analytics, communications, or other services. Blonde does not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Blonde is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law.
16. Changes to the Services or Terms
Blonde may update the Services and these Terms. If a change materially affects existing users, Blonde will provide reasonable notice through the Services, by email, or by another appropriate method. Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure through the available account controls or at support@blonde.social.
Blonde may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail required verification, engage in fraud or abuse, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically feasible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Blonde disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
Blonde does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times; that creator content or claims are accurate; or that any creator will earn a particular amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blonde and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blonde’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to Blonde during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blonde and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, your offerings, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Blonde may control the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you and Blonde agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by sending a written description to support@blonde.social and allowing 30 days for a response. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may bring a claim in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief, filing an eligible claim in small-claims court, reporting a matter to a government agency, or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Content Guidelines, and any supplemental terms presented for a feature form the agreement between you and Blonde regarding the Services.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Blonde’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Blonde’s written consent. Blonde may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Headings are for convenience only. The word “including” means “including without limitation.” Electronic notices and signatures may satisfy written requirements where permitted by law.
